Media literacy is a set of learnable skills that refers to the ability to access, analyze, critique and create a variety of media messages and is an essential skill in today's world. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of critical media literacy based on the model of Elizabeth Tamen . This research is applied in terms of purpose and research and analytical in terms of research method. The statistical population of the study consists of all employees of Ardabil city offices in 1400, the volume of which according to the statistics of the Management and Planning Organization of the province and the statistical yearbook of 1399 is equal to 10,000 people. To determine the sample size using Morgan table, 285 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and data collection method was performed using Tamen standard questionnaire (1995). The results of research and data analysis using SPSS26 software show that there is no significant relationship between demographic variables (gender, marital status, income, age, level of education) with the level of critical media literacy. Also, the results of inferential findings showed that the level of critical media literacy, taking into account the variables of consumption regime, recognizing the characteristics of the message and criticizing the message among the respondents to the questionnaire is greater than 05% (1.000) and the average media literacy In the statistical population of the present study is less than desirable.

Traditionally, Television have had an important role in the world’s elections. This has always been the case until social media emerged. Today all kinds of social media have a great influence on elections. In Iran using social media in recent years has been widespread. So studying these media and knowing about its impacts on political behavior of people. This research has been conducted to study about social media in elections in Iran. Because of some features that they have like pluralism, possibility to hear and look at numerous and diverse views, Lower formalism than official media and so on, experts believed gradually they will be replaced with traditional media. They believe some problems like distortion of source credit or dedicating to distribution role would be solved With the advent of groups and individuals who play the role of intellectual authority. Also these media can play the role of Habermas public sphere.

Research leading an effort to provide an approach to the process of interaction between the mass media and social networks in Production of news main stream and create Social movements with case study of Resistance economy as a pattern of national development. The popularity of social networks for users (especially mobile messaging-based) media managers have led to more use the capacity of the new technologies of communication for better distribution of their products in cyber space. Composition and interaction of mass media such as news agencies and social media (for distribution of news and social campaign) optimized of the most effective media for implementation national development patterns. In Iran, The national economy's vulnerability to natural impulses and deliberate global and domestic economy, Policy makers were forced to endogenous, extroverted and tailored model to local conditions with design as resistance economy. In this study, a comprehensive approach to analysis media close to the discourse of the dominant discourse of resistance economy to 63 text news agency ISNA, FARS, IRIB and on behalf of the three dominant discourse reformers, Sovereignty, conservatives are discussed. In conclusion, graph of comparative advantages and limitations "online website" and "telegram Channel" news has come, discourse analysis of these three media showed a lack of common reading sense from resistive economy and divergence relative and look at a holistic approach to the media in accordance with the dominant discourse around it.
