Thus, this paper is trying to evaluate if a micro public sphere is shaped in a Telegram group where Iranian journalist had discussed the requirements and conditions for establishing a professional association. Telegram is the most popular Instant Messaging Application in Iran now, and its groups provide a very convenient space for discussions and conversations. That is why numerous groups are created to enable people to participate in public and (potentially) free discussions. In September 2016, when some Iranian journalist tried to establish a professional association for Tehran-based journalists, a group in Telegram was created which attracted more than 600 members at that time. The announced purpose of the group was exploring the circumstances and providing helpful suggestions for those working to prepare the statute of the association. Thus, using a triangulation of three methods, we tried to achieve a close reading of messages in the group (we analyzed 1117 messages from the beginning before the theoretical saturation was achieved). We identified 5 different kinds of conversations: simple, empathy, non-challenging, challenging, and hostile. Findings showed that the members’ actions in some cases can be seen as communicative rather than instrumental or strategic. Results also indicated that as debates got more hostile, many of public sphere’s norms were violated.}, keywords = {public sphere,Communicative action,Habermas,Telegram,Social Media,Journalism}, title_fa = {هابرماس در تلگرام؛ تحلیل حوزۀ عمومی و کنش ارتباطی در مکالمه‌های روزنامه‌نگاران ایرانی در رسانه‌های اجتماعی}, abstract_fa = {هدف ما در این مقاله تحلیل وضعیت کنش ارتباطی و حوزۀ عمومی در مکالمه‌های روزنامه‌نگاران ایرانی در تلگرام است. در واقع پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که آیا مکالمه‌های روزنامه‌نگاران به‌عنوان افرادی که عموماً مدعی تحقق جامعۀ مدنی شناخته می‌شوند، خود از ویژگی‌های لازم برای شکل‌گیری حوزۀ عمومی و همچنین تقویت کنش ارتباطی- که ناظر به تفاهم است نه منفعت شخصی- برخوردار است یا خیر؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش ایدۀ هابرماس دربارۀ حوزۀ عمومی و کنش ارتباطی را به‌عنوان بستر نظری انتخاب کردیم. میدان تحقیق را مکالمات روزنامه‌نگاران ایرانی در گروه «پیشنهادات برای انجمن صنفی روزنامه‌نگاران استان تهران» که در تلگرام تشکیل‌ شده بود انتخاب کردیم. برای نمونه‌گیری از اولین پیام آغاز کرده و تا حصول اشباع نظری ادامه دادیم. بر این اساس، 1117 پیام در این گروه کدگذاری و تحلیل شد. سپس با مثلث‌بندی روش‌های مشاهدۀ مشارکتی در گروه‌های تلگرام، تحلیل مکالمه و تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی رسانه‌های اجتماعی، مکالمه‌ها را تحلیل کردیم. ما با توجه به تفاوت‌های مکالمه در گروه‌های تلگرام و مکالمه در دنیای واقعی، ابتدا این تفاوت‌ها را شناسایی و تحلیل کرده، سپس مکالمات روزنامه‌نگاران ایرانی را تحلیل کردیم. در ادامه، یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که باوجود برخی نشانه‌ها دال بر کنش ارتباطی، آنچه که در این مکالمه‌ها رخ می‌دهد فاصلۀ زیادی با شکل‌گیری یک حوزۀ عمومی خرد دارد. در واقع، در مکالمه‌های خصومت‌آمیز و چالشی، بسامد موارد مربوط به نقض حوزۀ عمومی زیاد دیده می‌شود که نشان‌دهنده ضرورت تلاش روزنامه‌نگاران ایرانی برای تقویت کنش ارتباطی و همچنین تحقق حوزۀ عمومی خرد در اجتماع خود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {حوزۀ عمومی,کنش ارتباطی,هابرماس,تلگرام,رسانه‌های اجتماعی,روزنامه‌نگاری}, url = {https://nms.atu.ac.ir/article_10705.html}, eprint = {https://nms.atu.ac.ir/article_10705_dbd94ce1336144c1327e1524d15b93f9.pdf} }
