		<Abstract>This research examines the role of mobile-based media in shaping collective wisdom. In this qualitative study, using content analysis approach, the statistical community of university professors and experts were selected through purposeful sampling. A semi-structured, deep-seated interviewing tool that went into saturation. Most collective community members considered collective and participatory decisions based on value system and reference experiences with the ability to recognize and understand the general group of human about common issues, which is the result of the synergy of understanding and recognition of the group in a participatory relationship, and the indicator Such as collective participation based on the collective interest based on collective wisdom with regard to social sensitivity and collective behavior, with regard to reference experiences and value system, and special attention to common culture and language and history, and the generalization of the dialectic of reason and excitement in the community in the direction of social profit And participated in it, and stated that mobile-based media were the cause The low cost, the spread of freedom of expression, the localization of public opinion, and the possibility of spreading public opinion through the direct participation of citizens, and the platform for the reflection of social and economic realities without censorship, without prejudice, and giving equal opportunity to supporters and opponents For commenting, it has been made to take a step towards the formation of a collective wisdom.</Abstract>
