The present study aimed to investigate the effect of social networks on Civic participation among citizens of Ardabil. The population of the All citizens over 18 years living in the city of Ardabil. According to General Census of Population and Housing 1390 is an estimated number of 115,000 people. Cochran formula the sample size was determined using 384 samples Decisions by using multi-stage cluster sampling was done. For the A questionnaire was used for data collection. The results show: social networks (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on civic participation of citizens in Ardabil impressive. The purpose of this article is to explain the challenges of the law of dissemination and free access to information in Iran and to evaluate it with the prevailing conditions in the society in Iran in the late fourteenth century. The method of this research is data-based and using the interview technique to identify the challenges facing the implementation of the law on publication and free access to information in Iran. The statistical population of the research includes experts, communication professors and members of the media. Findings from the analysis of interviews resulted in extracting four main areas of secrecy culture among the officials of organizations, politicization among the media, citizens and the body of government and government, identifying six contexts of law enforcement and finally the limitations and ambiguities in the law of dissemination and free access to Information that does not comply with the nature of the law of dissemination and free access to information.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between media consumption and lifestyle changes among students of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil. This research is survey method. The population of this research were all students of Islamic Azad University of Ardebil to the number 13000 of which 384 were selected by Cochran. The results showed that the Direct correlation between the use of digital media and life style. consumption, political and religious behavior There is a direct correlation and negative correlation with deviant behavior. there is no significant relationship between deviant behavior and management body. Satellite direct correlation between consumption and lifestyle and cultural consumption, material consumption, deviant behavior, political behavior and management body direct correlation between religiosity and a significant inverse correlation. The results of analysis of variance showed a significant relationship between media type and lifestyle. So that lifestyle changes in students who are more often using satellite and the students who use the Internet are less often.
